Your own growth factors, used precisely, not as a one-size add-on.
Platelet-rich plasma (PRP) and platelet-rich fibrin (PRF) are concentrated from a small amount of your own blood, drawn and processed in our Wellington office. The growth factors stimulate healing, collagen production and tissue remodeling: useful for facial rejuvenation, under-eye hollows, scalp and as a layered amplifier to microneedling.
At Palm Beach Cosmetic Medicine, every PRP/PRF protocol is reviewed by our physician team. Sometimes PRP is the right tool; sometimes a laser, hormone work-up or layered plan fits better; we'll tell you honestly during your consultation. Regenerative treatments work on a schedule rather than in a single visit, so plans here are built as a series with maintenance set in advance. Your physician gives you the full plan and the full cost at consultation, before anything is booked. Monthly payment options are available through Cherry. Read more about PRF.

- Crepey skin (neck, décolleté)

From consultation to maintenance, step by step.
Consultation
A physician evaluates the area, your history and goals to confirm PRP or PRF is the right tool, or whether a layered plan fits better.
Blood draw
A small amount of blood is drawn in-office, similar to a routine lab draw.
Processing
Your blood is spun in a sterile centrifuge to concentrate the platelets into PRP or PRF, processed entirely on-site.
Treatment
PRP/PRF is injected, microneedled or applied topically depending on the area and protocol: typically 30–60 minutes total.
Series
Most concerns respond best to a series of 3 sessions, 4–6 weeks apart, with maintenance once or twice a year.
What we review before treating the under-eye area
The skin around the eye is the thinnest on the body, and treatment there carries more consideration than treatment elsewhere on the face. At consultation we review your medical history, medications that affect bleeding, any history of cold sores, and whether the hollowing you are seeing would respond to a platelet preparation at all, because in some patients it will not. Expect swelling and the possibility of bruising for several days, and occasionally longer in this area. Individual results vary. Treatment is not appropriate during pregnancy or nursing, with an active infection at the site, or with certain blood disorders or active malignancy.
Why an Endocrinologist Designed Our PRP Protocol
Hair loss is rarely just a hair problem. Thyroid function, androgens, insulin resistance, and nutritional status all drive thinning, and a standard med spa is not equipped to consider any of them. Dr. Frisch built the Root Cause Hair Restoration Protocol℠ the way an endocrinologist builds any treatment plan: evaluation first, then a customized PRP formulation on the EmCyte PurePRP system, then a structured series with a maintenance plan. It is the difference between buying injections and following medicine.
Dr. Anna Frisch is a board-certified endocrinologist with an MD, a PhD, more than 26 years in practice and more than 40 scientific publications. Endocrinology studies how hormones govern hair, skin, weight and energy, which is why the questions asked here differ from those asked where the scalp is treated as a surface.
She designs and supervises every regenerative protocol at Palm Beach Cosmetic Medicine. The evaluation, the preparation, the formulation, the cadence and the maintenance schedule are hers, and treatment is delivered by our credentialed care team working to that protocol.
The Regenerative Glow Protocol℠, our physician-designed pairing of PRP with microneedling, applies the same logic to the skin. Collagen decline isn't just about time or sun, hormones, stress, and metabolic health all affect how your skin repairs itself, which is why the formulation, depth, and spacing of your series are set by protocol and reviewed as your skin responds, not applied off a standard template.
Our PRP System
Our PRP is prepared on the EmCyte PurePRP SupraPhysiologic system, an advanced FDA-cleared concentrating system used at the point of care. The specifications below describe that PRP preparation specifically.

Concentration
Supraphysiologic platelet concentrations, so there are more growth factors per treatment.
Purity
Over 99% of red blood cells removed for a cleaner, more comfortable result.
Customization
Formulation adjusted per patient and per treatment area, including neutrophil-poor preparations for delicate facial work.
Sterility
Fully closed-system processing at the point of care.
A clear, physician-set plan: not a sales pitch.
Final pricing depends on the area, the protocol, and the number of sessions in your plan. You'll leave your consultation with an all-in number, not a quote and a follow-up.
